Snigger Like a Schoolboy
LEGO Star Wars The Skywalker Saga is a stunning, laugh out loud roller coaster ride, packed full of the humor, visual gags, and the slapstick that the LEGO franchise has now become famous for, as the iconic story advances the delightful twists and turns that the game is built on will make you smile like when you accidentally come across the Tai Chi classes for the stormtroopers on the Death Star that actually made me snigger like a schoolboy. The environments are lovingly recreated, you can visit, Tatooine, Coruscant, Geonosis, and the Dagobah System are all enshrined in the Star Wars folklore and they are just four of the twenty-three different locations and settings for you to explore and enjoy. The thought of playing all these legendary locations that you have come to know and love from the Skywalker films is so exciting, there are 23 planets for you to unlock, explore and discover with amazing side quests and puzzles that will test your brain and your skill.

Utilize the Power of the Force
There are an unbelievable 100 unique vehicles to take control of that have been collected from all over the Star Wars galaxy, from dogfights with Count Duku's Solar Sailer to the much loved Millennium Falcon, the variety of vehicles is incredible, they are crafted to portray the originals but with that familiar Lego-style that the franchise is loved for. Become a Jedi and wield your powerful lightsabre and utilize the power of the force to cut down your enemies, there are new blaster controls and mechanics that allow you to aim with precision and complete control.

The Feeling of Satisfaction
If you can remember the excitement you felt from watching the Star Wars film trilogies as a kid it is once again recreated in a game that spans all nine of the legendary films, Fantastic sharp and clear graphics on both the PS4 and PS5 give the stunning environments a life of their own, the most noticeable next-gen advancement is the near-instant leap from one world to the next on the PS5, as the powerful SSD uses all of its amazing power and flexes its muscles. As with all the previous games in the LEGO franchise, the gameplay is perceptive and definitely not hard to pick as you are always encouraged to explore the semi-open worlds, before carrying on with the storyline. I can confidently say that this is definitely one of the best LEGO games ever created, it is extremely funny and entertaining for kids of all ages, even mine, like with the actual LEGO toys you feel that as you play you are physically creating something great, but still has you digging through a box of wheels and pieces looking for that one bit to finish it off to perfection, and the feeling of satisfaction that you get when you click on that last piece.
